İD 18 Floor Formwork Systems.

This system for floor formworks without using a crane can be assembled and dismantled manually. It is suggested for floor formworks with a general height up to 4.00 meters. The pipe diameters (outer Ø60 mm x 3 inner Ø48.2,5 / outer Ø 76 mm x 3 mm inner Ø 60 mm x 2,5 mm ) of the telescopic props are supported with tripods according to the load they are going to carry and four-way heads are placed on top of them. The H 20 bearing timber beams, which are carried by these heads and mounted in an overlapping way in both directions, form the grid of the system. The rough floor adjustment is made with Ø 14 and Ø 16 iron rods, which are assembled to the temper cast mechanism in the inner pipe. The fine floor adjustment is made by means of a ring, which surrounds the threads with a 1.8 mm depth on the mechanism.

With this system any kind of floor formwork can be practically assembled and dismantled (cassette, asmolen, cork, beams etc). Thanks to the H 20 beams, which are used as carriers, the axis spaces of the props can be extended up to 3.00 meters. This also results in savings of the formwork material and workmanship. Thanks to the early dismantling props, which are used additionally, the formwork can be dismantled on the 4th day and be assembled again. The main characteristics of this system are speed, economical price and simplicity.
